Stephen Pritchard benches 300kg - Australian PFA record |
|||
| Stephen Pritchard became the first Australian IPF lifter to bench 300kg (660lbs) in competition, setting a national open and masters record. At a local competition on November 28th he successfully benched 300kg on his second attempt, missing 305kg (672lbs) on his third. He competed at 129.5kg (284lbs).
