Been crook with a ba stomach bug and a chest infection so had a bit of time off, but made it to the gym today even thou I still feel like shit. Took it light as Ive got Oz Strongman comp on Sunday.

DB Shoulder Press

Clean and Push Press

Squats

140KG 2 x 3 ( tore my shorts in half on 1st rep of the 2nd set, loud enough to get chuckles from half the gym. Had to leave as I went commando and had my tackle hanging out!! :shock: )

Got back to strength training after a long lay off due to instructing on a course at work. Was running PT for them thou so I have done heaps of cardio and endurance training, hence I have lost about 3 KG's and some strength which Im aiming to put back on and increase.

Haven't posted for a while but I'm signing in at least once a day to check whats goin on in in the Ozzie strength community. Will probably only post PR's and exceptional training sessions from now on.

Haven't posted in this area for nearly a year now it seems. But Im still lurking.

Unfortuantly I have only been training sparodically over the year but am moving to Singleton at the end of the year and will hopefully ( fingers crossed ) be able to train more often. I think I've been away nearly 7 months in total this year.

Work is out of control at the moment but getting in what I can by doing the fire and movement, stores carries and pack marches with the .... bubs( IET's). I seem to remember there was someone in Singleton that trained strongman and I have noticed the gym here has an atlas stone, some small tyres and a few axles.

Got myself my 110KG stone from lance (120KG), kegs, tyres and such so Ill keep on truckin.
