Had a shot at 70 then 75KG, then went onto some wrist rolls with a 2" bar and 20KG, amazing how a change of direction on the roll (towards the end of the rolling section of video) impacted the f/arms.
Last bit of video is of the training area, had a jug of home brew Munich lager poured and bugger me if I could only just raise the glass, nearly over did things and need to be more careful.
