2.What is your chosen sport?
Started out as a teenager lifting weights just to get stronger then tried bodybuilding for awhile
then had a brief fling with powerlifting followed by a go with local pro=wrestling.
Just starting back into training and now I back where I started.
3.What are your current lifts and training style?
too low to mention and style ?
4.what are your short and long term sporting ambitions?
Get stronger loose bodyfat and just been told I have type 2 diabeties so get it under control.
5.Any advice for novices?
Train hard and observe.
6.Any sportng achievements you are most proud of?
Probably most proud of helping at paralympics as a spotter.
